Working at Ripple during the ski season, I hear one thing way more often than not.



”Want to send me over some exercises I can do before I ski?”

As always, I’m just happy to talk skiing and always send over the same list of exercises that you need to be doing before you ski.

Then I thought, I should just create a single video going through this 5-minute routine so there are never any questions asked and people can just hit play and let the video ride as they follow along.
