Step #2

Understand where you are now, and where you want to be.

On the 15-Minute phone call with Jeremy, the first thing you discuss is where you currently are, and more importantly where you want to be.  Identifying this helps set a baseline for you, and helps gain some clarity on what exactly needs to be done in order to get you to your goals.  Depnding on what you're dealing with, Jeremy will set you up with one of our highly trained Physical Therapists. Are you a golfer? We've got a PT for that! Looking to get back to your workout routine? Our Physicals Therapists do that, too!

 

Step #3

Based on where you are, and where you want to be determine who is the best to guide you there.

Knowing where you want to be, in step 3 we can create a plan to get you there. There's often some gray space in between where you are, and where you want to be. So, during this 15-minute phone call, Jeremy will guide you as to what the best way to get you there is.  He will either set you up with one of our Performance Physical Therapists, Personal Trainers, or send you exercises to what you need.
